Diagnostics

Diagnostics of your car is sometimes very simple and uncomplicated. Other times it is amazingly complex and frustrating. Cost can be reasonable in most cases, but in a few can become costly. Training for our technicians, sophisticated (and expensive) diagnostic equipment, computer databases, and sophisticated tools all required to get the job done right.  It is important to understand that all diagnostics fees are the process of finding the problem DO NOT include labor or parts to repair the problem. We stand ready to meet your needs and look forward to repairing your vehicle. We welcome your questions and will provide a complete explanation for all the technical issues which might arise. You may request to see your old parts (in advance) and in most cases can take them. Some remanufacured parts must be returned back to the supplier. You may keep them by paying the required core charge. We find that there are several levels of diagnostics. It will vary from problem to problem. The more information we can get from you, the easier it will be to narrow the problems down. We are here to help you.
